Your first massage - what to expect

Available therapies

Your first visit will include a 30 minute consultation about your medical history and lifestyle. This allows treatment to be tailored to your exact needs; no two patients have exactly the same problems, so no two patients get exactly the same treatment. All information about you will be held confidentially.
For realignment you won't need to remove any clothing. For a massage you will need to remove some clothes down to (but not including) your underwear. For reflexology you will only need to remove your footwear.
