Do you suffer from back pain? Stress? Insomnia? Then it's time to break the pain/stress cycle! My name is Jill Bradley, and I'm a practicing therapist living in Billericay, Essex. I offer massage, reflexology and neuro-skeletal realignment therapy for my clients. Unfortunately, due to a long term illness I am NOT currently practising. Neuroskeletal Re-alignment

  


Neuro-skeletal re-alignment is a treatment for back pain that really works, without the need for manipulation. Finger pressure is used to give a painless treatment which does not cause trauma in the muscular system or involve any bone crunching. It is safe for people of all ages, from newborn to senior citizens, and it also works well with animals. No clothing is removed except shoes, so it is totally non-invasive.
   

Holistic and Remedial massage

  

 Holistic massage involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical health. Remedial massage concentrates on relieving muscles that are in spasm to reduce pain and aid healing.
     

Reflexology

  

Reflexology is a form of complementary therapy which uses pressure points in the feet to stimulate reflex areas. Reflexology helps the body to heal itself by correcting any imbalances that might have occurred. It corrects and maintains the body's natural equilibrium by restoring critical energy pathways that flow through the body.
